  1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service.  Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
  2. Products & Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all items.  Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, size or design may occur.  These variations are part of the unique charm of our creations.
  3. Order Acceptance & Payment: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Payment must be received before an order is shipped.
  4. Shipping & Delivery: We carefully package each item and ship via trusted carriers.  Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
  5. Returns & Refunds: We accept returns within 15 days of purchase.  To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition--undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.  A $5 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.  We encourage you to carefully review item specifications (size, shape, dimensions, and fit) and contact us with any questions before purchasing.  If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately; we will gladly repair or replace, Items must be sent back within the 15 days of purchase with postage of choice.
  6. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for reviewing item specifications and contacting us with any questions before purchasing.  We gladly encourage prompt communication regarding any concerns.
  7.  Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.  Our liability for defective or damaged items is limited as outlined in our Return/Refund policy. 
  8. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.  Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
